The total cost to the customer will include the corresponding rate(s)
listed below and the actual cost of the item(s) plus shipping fees. I

- VHS to DVD Standard Package: This procedure includes a direct port of the video cassette, a customizable title burned directly on the face of the DVD and a basic menu system. The DVD comes packaged in a slim jewel case. $10 per tape*
- VHS to DVD Deluxe Package: This procedure includes a customizable title burned directly on the face of the DVD, an advanced scene based menu system and optional editing of any unwanted breaks of static or video segments, for an overall smoother experience. The DVD comes packaged in a standard size DVD case. $20 per tape*
Computer services & rates:
- System Recovery: $20 per computer*
- Seeks out and corrects potential boot problems including:
- Loose cables
- Loose expansion cards
- Improper BIOS configurations
- Corrupt boot sectors
- Seeks out and corrects potential boot problems including:
- Operating System Installation: $40 per computer
- Hardware Installation and Upgrades: $20 per item
- PC Tune-up: $20 per computer*
- Includes:
- Protection against Viruses, Spyware, Adware and Malware
- Infection removal
- AVG Free Edition
- Mozilla Firefox (Optional)
- OpenOffice Suite (Optional)
- Picasa (Optional)
- Removal of any Bloatware and unwanted programs
- Software updates (Windows Updates, Service Packs, Programs, Drivers, BIOS and Firmware)
- Error checking for both memory and hard drive(s)
- Defragmentation
- Disk Cleanup
- Includes:
- PC Cleaning: Dust bunnies are far more dangerous than one might think! Large deposits of dust, hair and lint can clog fans, heat sinks, and cause overheating issues. Cleaning out the collected dust from within a computer can improve performance and stability. $20 per computer*
- In-Home Set Up: Disconnecting and reattaching all cables and peripherals to the computer making sure everything is as it was originally. $5 per computer*
- Data Transfer: $20 per computer*
- Custom Built PC: 10% total cost of computer + $50 builders fee
